Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's how cancellations work when you book with Great Adventures RV.

Cancel Within 48 Hours — Full Refund

If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and your trip is at least 14 days away, you’ll receive a full refund.

Cancel More Than 14 Days Before Your Trip

If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled departure date, you will receive a 50% refund of your booking total.

Example: If your trip total is $1,000, you’ll get $500 back.

Cancel Within 14 Days of Your Trip

If you cancel 14 days or fewer before your trip starts, your booking is non-refundable. This includes no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

Please understand that each camper is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations leave little opportunity for us to rebook the unit.

Additional Notes

• The service fee and the tax applied to it are non-refundable.
• Taxes and protection packages are refundable.
• If there is an outstanding balance at the time of cancellation, the remaining amount will still be due.
