Welcome to Great Adventures RV. By accessing or using our website and rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content for any commercial purpose without written consent. We reserve the right to restrict access to our services if these terms are violated.

2. Reservation & Payment

A valid government-issued ID and a credit or debit card are required to reserve an RV.
Renters must be at least 21 years of age.
A deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
Full payment is due before pickup or delivery.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Driver Eligibility

Only drivers aged 25 or older are permitted to operate the RV.
All drivers must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
Additional drivers must be pre-approved and listed on the rental agreement.
International renters may be required to provide a passport and international driving permit.

4. Vehicle Usage

The RV must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
No smoking is allowed inside the vehicle.
Pets may be allowed with prior approval.
Renters are responsible for tolls, parking tickets, and any traffic violations during the rental period.

5. Insurance & Liability

Renters are financially responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period.
Insurance options and coverage requirements will be provided during the booking process.
Accidents or incidents must be reported to us immediately.
Great Adventures RV is not responsible for personal items, injuries, or delays due to weather or mechanical issues.

6. Maintenance & Repairs

If an issue arises, contact us immediately.
Do not authorize repairs without our approval.
Routine maintenance is our responsibility; damage caused by misuse is not.

7. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Adventures RV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or vehicles.
